Pacific State Construction & Electric Inc works with EV charging networks, commercial developers, and energy providers to deliver high-performance charging sites—safely, efficiently, and at scale. As a licensed electrical and experienced general contractor, we manage every phase of EV charging station construction, from trenching and foundations to final energization.

What We Deliver:

• 
  Site Evaluation & Pre-Construction Assistance: Coordinating utilities, preparing civil work, and reviewing constructability for Level 2 and DC fast charging projects.
• 
  Civil Construction: Excavation, trenching, conduit installation, utility enhancements, concrete equipment pads, bollard placement, and full site restoration.
• 
  Electrical Contracting: Upgrading panels, installing switchgear and conduit, grounding, and completing all final electrical connections, all carried out by licensed electricians.
• 
  Permitting & Regulatory Compliance: Managing coordination with AHJs, implementing ADA improvements, installing signage, and providing support for final inspections.
